因为安琪儿成为了会议的主导，致使安德烈这个主导者的权力被安琪儿完全架空。而且，这也是所有的元老级别的人物共同商议的结果。看着安琪儿，安德烈的脸色很是阴沉，他不明白，为什么这些人会把自己的权力架空，难道就是为了溜须拍马吗？
这已经是安德烈摔了的不知道第几个茶杯了，听到爱丽丝调侃似的要他去开会，安德烈顿时就压不住自己的脾气了：“Why can she use an excuse to evade it， and now when she talks about taking power， no one opposes it?（凭什么她可以借故推脱，现在说拿权的时候，却没人反对？）”
旁边的跟班心想：你倒是说得轻巧，人家当时说的就是不参与你的计划，所以从始至终都是你一个人在忙乱，结果呢，却是事事欠缺考虑，最终让人家坐收渔翁之利，白白把你做好的菜全盘接收了。
更何况，安德烈最大的问题就是不为别人考虑，不计后果。而安琪儿却完美的处理好了一切，尤其是在提出让高层外出避难，以免发生不测，导致所有人都成为陪葬品的建议，隶时成为最大的选票，就是冲着安琪儿为他们的考虑，这张票就不能投给只为了权力而来的安德烈。
因为安琪儿是众望所归，所以这次，养父就让安琪儿全权负责此事，加上安德烈最近的表现确实不尽人意，为了不让他添乱，都在考虑要不要把他一起带走，以免让他干扰安琪儿的计划。

养父看着他，轻轻点点头，对安琪儿，他很满意。爱丽丝来汇报说人都到齐了，爱丽丝才陪着养父，三人一起到了会场。
“Everyone is here， so lets start the meeting.（大家都到了，那就开始开会吧！）”说完这句话，养父在安琪儿的搀扶下坐在了主位，会场隶时安静了下来，一个个都正襟危坐。

听到安琪儿的话，所有人都是会心一笑。其实安琪儿说的也是实话，平时大家也都是睁一只眼、闭一只眼，不说罢了。这个时候，安琪儿以一种既往不咎的态度说去度假，可想而知安琪儿的心胸有多大。
